Unlike traditional weekly one-hour sessions, my EMDR intensives are immersive, typically spanning 4-6 hours per day over 3-5 days. This concentrated format allows for an exclusive, undivided focus on understanding, personal growth, and sustainable improvement.

I am certified by EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) as a consultant and trainer of EMDR. I have been using EMDR for the past seven years and am proficient in a wide variety of EMDR protocols to address a wide array of concerns and presentations. I have successfully used EMDR to treat disruptive dissociation, addiction, C-PTSD, and recent critical trauma. My wide range of experience allows my clients to have diverse goals and enables the creation of a treatment plan that is tailored for each intensive client.

The rate for EMDR Intensives is $1000/day, with 3-4 days of treatment typically providing the greatest effect. These days typically include 5-6 hours of treatment separated by an extended midday break. Details of scheduling and scheduling format will be customized to the client’s needs and context.
